Are you an events agency or a DMC?
We work as a local DMC (destination management company). If your company or agency runs its own event management in-house, we act as your on-the-ground partner in Turkey; if you need full delivery, we can manage the whole program end to end.

How far in advance should we book a MICE program?
For peak periods — congress season in October and November, the summer peak, and both Eid periods — the best venues fill 12 to 18 months ahead. For most other dates, 6 to 9 months gives good venue choice and pricing. We can also handle shorter lead times through our supplier network.
