DMC Program Questions
What is the minimum group size for DMC services?
We handle programs from individual VIP travelers (1 pax) through to large conference groups of 1,000+. There is no minimum group size — our pricing simply adjusts based on the scale of the program.
How far in advance do I need to submit program requests?
For FIT programs, we can confirm within 24 hours for most requests. Group programs of 20+ pax benefit from 2-4 weeks lead time to secure optimal hotel rates and guaranteed vehicle allocation. MICE programs should be submitted 60+ days in advance for venue contracting.
Do you provide guides in languages other than English and Turkish?
Yes. Our guide network includes certified professionals in Arabic, Persian, Russian, German, French, Spanish, and Mandarin. Language availability should be confirmed at the time of booking.
Can you handle visa invitation letters for group tours?
Yes. We provide official invitation and support letters for group visa applications at Turkish consulates. We can also coordinate with Turkey's e-visa system for eligible nationalities and assist VIP delegations with special entry protocols.
What happens if a component of our program needs to change last-minute?
