Apply for a partnership
Submit the partnership form at /apply with your company registration or trade licence and tax identification. There is no signup fee and no annual subscription — joining as a B2B partner is free.

Get your account activated
We verify your agency credentials and activate your B2B portal access within 24 hours, and at most within 1-2 business days. Once active, you can immediately search live availability and book.

Search live net rates
Search live availability across 257+ directly contracted hotels — primarily in Istanbul, plus Ankara and Van, with wider destinations served through our DMC network. Net rates typically run 15-30% below public OTA prices for the same room, priced in USD, EUR, GBP, or TRY.

Book and get confirmation
Most bookings confirm instantly, within seconds of submission. On-request inventory that isn't confirmed instantly is typically confirmed within 2-4 hours, and you receive a voucher as soon as the stay is confirmed.

Pay your way
Pay by bank wire, credit card through the portal, or from your Safaryar agency balance. Deferred payment (credit) is available from the start of the partnership on request, subject to a standard credit check; approved credit lines run on 7- or 15-day terms.

Manage changes and cancellations
Modify or cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in, depending on the hotel and rate. Refunds for eligible cancellations are credited to your agency balance instantly; refunds back to a card or bank typically settle within 5-10 business days.

Get support when you need it
Every partner has a dedicated account manager. B2B account and booking support runs Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 (GMT+3), while urgent on-the-ground assistance for travellers already in destination is handled by a 24/7 operations line.
