Questions from partner agencies
What makes the 8-day tour the complete Seven Churches program?
It is the fullest of our three variants: it opens with two days in imperial Istanbul, adds a full day at Ephesus and the Basilica of St. John, and a day among the Ionian sanctuaries of Priene, Miletus and Didyma — all alongside the seven churches of Revelation, Hierapolis and Troy. An Istanbul–Izmir domestic flight is included to keep the pace comfortable.
Is the Istanbul–Izmir domestic flight included in the rate?
Yes — the one-way domestic flight from Istanbul to Izmir is included in the net rate, which is what lets the program open in Istanbul and still reach the Aegean without a long overland drive. Only international flights to and from Türkiye are excluded.
What is the Patmos Island alternative on the Priene–Miletus–Didyma day?
Weather permitting, a visit to Patmos Island — where the Book of Revelation was written — can replace the Priene, Miletus and Didyma day. It depends on ferry schedules and sea conditions, and Patmos is Greek territory, so passports and any Schengen visa requirements apply. Tell us in advance if your group would like us to plan for it.
When is the best season to run the Seven Churches tour?
Spring and autumn are ideal — roughly March to early June and September to October bring mild days across Istanbul, Ephesus, Pergamon and Pamukkale. Many faith groups time it to the Lent and Easter window (January to March/April in the Western and Orthodox calendars) for pilgrimage significance, while September–October pairs comfortable weather with thinner crowds. The program runs year-round.
Can you arrange Holy Mass and pilgrimage logistics along the route?
Yes — Holy Mass, prayer time and scripture readings at the church sites, the House of the Virgin Mary and the Basilica of St. John are arranged on request, coordinated with local churches and clergy where a celebrant is required. Share your group's preferences — denomination, timings, a travelling chaplain and any additional sites — and we build them into the day plan.
How much does the tour cost, and what does your net rate cover?
We quote net agency rates on application — there are no public prices, so you set your own retail margin. The rate covers the Istanbul–Izmir domestic flight, 7 nights in 4–5★ hotels (Istanbul on B&B, the rest half board), 6 lunches, all listed entrance fees, a private licensed guide and private transport throughout. International flights, personal expenses and tips are not included.
Do travellers need a visa for Türkiye?
Visa requirements depend on your clients' nationality; many travellers are visa-exempt or use the online e-Visa, while others apply in advance. We are a licensed DMC, not a visa authority, so please have your clients confirm the current rules for their passports before travel — we are happy to provide an invitation or confirmation letter for the booking.
Is there a single supplement for solo travellers in a group?
Yes — hotel rates are based on double or twin occupancy, so a single supplement applies for guests who need their own room. We set the supplement out in the net rate breakdown we send with your quote, so you can price singles cleanly for your clients.
