Designed for stopover and layover passengers, this compact program collects the very best of Istanbul in under 48 hours — the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar, a dinner cruise on the Bosphorus and the morning Spice Bazaar — with airport pickup, luggage handling and drop-off timed to your onward flight.

Designed for partner agencies whose clients are transiting through Istanbul — turning a long connection into a highlight of the trip, with everything paced around the arrival and departure times you send us.

Frequently Asked

Questions from partner agencies

Will my clients have time for this tour on a layover?

Yes — the whole program is built around your clients' flight times. We take their arrival and departure details and pace the sights, the dinner cruise and the transfers to fit the window between flights, whether that is a long overnight connection or a full day and night in the city.

Do transit passengers need a visa to leave the airport for the tour?

To join the tour your clients must clear passport control and enter Türkiye, so it depends on their nationality — many travellers are visa-exempt or use the online e-Visa, while others apply in advance. We are a licensed DMC, not a visa authority, so please have your clients confirm the current transit and entry rules for their passports before travel; we are happy to provide a confirmation letter for the booking.

When is the best time to visit Istanbul on a stopover?

The tour runs year-round because it is timed to your flights rather than the season, but April to June and September to October give the mildest, brightest conditions for the express old-city walk and the Bosphorus cruise. In summer we shift the walking to the cooler morning and evening hours; in winter the dinner cruise moves indoors under cover.

Is this a private tour or a shared group departure?

It is fully private — your clients travel with their own licensed guide and driver, timed entirely to their connection. There are no strangers on the tour and no fixed departure times; we run it whenever their flights land and leave. A same-day layover version without a hotel stay is also available on request.

How much does the tour cost, and what does your net rate cover?

We quote net agency rates on application — there are no public prices, so you set your own retail margin. The rate covers 1 night in a 4–5★ hotel on B&B, breakfast, the Bosphorus dinner cruise, 1 lunch, all listed entrance fees, a private licensed guide and private airport transfers with luggage assistance. Flights, alcoholic beverages, personal expenses and tips are not included.

Is there a single supplement for solo travellers?

Yes — hotel rates are based on double or twin occupancy, so a single supplement applies for guests requiring their own room. The supplement is set out in the net rate breakdown we send with your quote, and it does not apply to the same-day version without a hotel stay.
