April to June and September to October are ideal — mild, bright days for walking the old city and comfortable inside the domes and the hamam. The program runs year-round; July and August are warm and busy, while winter is atmospheric and quieter, and the candlelit sema is just as moving in any season.

It is operated as a private tour, so it scales from couples and small special-interest groups to full coaches. We typically confirm from around 2 pax upward, assigning additional guides and vehicles for larger groups. Tell us your expected pax and we will size the vehicle and guiding accordingly.

Yes — both are built into the net rate, not sold as optional add-ons. The Day 3 program includes a traditional scrub-and-foam ritual at a historic Ottoman hamam and reserved tickets to a whirling dervish sema ceremony performed by the Mevlevi order in a historic lodge.

Historic hamams run separate men's and women's sections or scheduled hours, and the scrub-and-foam ritual is delivered by same-gender attendants. We can arrange private or couples' cabins on request; tell us your clients' preferences with the booking and we will confirm the arrangement.

We quote net agency rates on application — there are no public prices, so you set your own retail margin. The rate covers 3 nights in a 4–5★ hotel on B&B, 2 lunches, the hamam ritual, the sema ceremony tickets, all listed entrance fees, a private licensed guide and private transport and airport transfers. International and domestic flights, dinners, personal expenses and tips are not included.

Yes — hotel rates are based on double or twin occupancy, so a single supplement applies for guests requiring their own room. The supplement is set out in the net rate breakdown we send with your quote.

Yes — the four days work as a stand-alone heritage break or as a building block. We regularly add Cappadocia, Bursa or a Bosphorus extension, or combine it with a wider Türkiye itinerary. Send us the shape you need and we will tailor the program and quote.
