April to June and September to October are ideal — mild, bright days for the old city, the Bosphorus and the open-air Princes' Islands. The program runs year-round; July and August are warm and busy, while winter is atmospheric and quieter, though the island and ferry days are best enjoyed outside the coldest, wettest weeks.

It is operated as a private tour, so it scales from couples and small families to full coaches. We typically confirm from around 2 pax upward, assigning additional guides and vehicles for larger groups. The ferry and island days work comfortably for small and large parties alike — tell us your expected pax and we will size the arrangements accordingly.

It is fully private — your clients travel with their own licensed guide and driver throughout, at their own pace, with ferry crossings and the island day pre-arranged. There are no strangers on the tour and no fixed departure dates; we run it on the days your booking needs.

We quote net agency rates on application — there are no public prices, so you set your own retail margin. The rate covers 4 nights in a 4–5★ hotel on B&B, 4 lunches, the Bosphorus cruise and all ferry crossings, all listed entrance fees, a private licensed guide and private transport and airport transfers. International and domestic flights, dinners, personal expenses and tips are not included.

Yes — hotel rates are based on double or twin occupancy, so a single supplement applies for guests requiring their own room. The supplement is set out in the net rate breakdown we send with your quote.

Yes — the Bosphorus and Princes' Islands ferries operate year-round on frequent schedules, so the itinerary holds in every season. On the rare day of rough weather we adjust the running order and keep the same sights, moving the island or Asian-side day within the program as needed.
